u/todayisfab - i dig my spoooky washi themed meta exchange postcard - i've been watching the x-files lately so it's on-brand for me :D
u/OkayFlan x2 - i need to create an RAoC 'likes' list in my profile and add effin birds at the top. so so good. thanks for the postcards with kawaii stickers, the breakfast foods with faces are ESPECIALLY adorable and i really love the flowers "flower market" postcard too !
u/PinkPengin - awww your postcard assistants! they are excellent. what a cool homemade postcard. you sound like an amazing cat parent! 🐈
u/ninajyang - happy 10th anniversary RAoC!!! thanks for your lovely postcard. i always wonder if my postman or mail workers read the cards that give a hint as to why i get so much good mail - i can just imagine them reading this one and being like "ohhhh so that's the source of all this stuff!"
u/aepeyc - ahhh i loved this postcard of flowers in the spring by monet so much. i don't believe i've ever seen flower paintings of his in this style, it's very dutch/classical still life. thank you! hope you had a fun st patrick's day
u/finishingthetea - oh wow, i will take a meta exchange match with you ANY day <3 loved this stamps themed card a ton. the header stamp is especially cool, as well as the cat holding a letter. my heart! hehe. to answer your question, i loosely collect stamps - i keep ones from letters that i particularly like, in a little brass bowl in my office. it's so nice of you to collect stamps in order to share with the community.
u/wabisabi_sf x 4 - i feel spoiled and i promise mail is coming your way very soon! thank you for your generosity in sharing the best vintage stamps, celebrating RAoC's 10th anniversary (with stamps themed to my state!), and the ukraine card just arrived yesterday and is very cool. did you print on that gold shimmery sticker paper or did it come with the cards? that's a pretty unique element!
u/melhen16 - thank you for the motivational card with the swirly ink-like pattern, it made my day!
u/travel4me22 - what a beautiful handmade card you created for the flowers/springtime meta challenge. so nice! i especially like the 3D glittery dots. i have participated in like 3/4s of the challenges so far, i really really like creating within a theme!
u/feellikebeingajerk - thanks for the super pretty nature scenery with flowers to celebrate the first day of spring. as you may know, we got like 9 inches of snow last weekend, so that's slowly melting and i'm looking forward to temps in the 50s later this weekend?!?! hope you're feeling the warmth too.
u/isar-love - so nice to hear from you (and the easter bunny)! your message was probably one of my favorites ever. that is so sweet and heartwarming to hear about your family tradition of grandpa hiding eggs and chocolate. he sounds mischievous! i would have loved that. my grandpa was kind of mischievous too, though quietly so. :D
