Hello, m’dears… I’m sorry these are so late again. I’m definitely not keeping up with my share of things lately, so I’m going to post a bit of a hiatus tonight so I can catch up a bit! I’m fine. Everything’s fine.

Speaking of everything being fine and to distract you a bit from the fact that I’m falling so behind on everything, I brought home a new baby a week ago! This is Gandalf making his big debut. u/comingtogetyoubabs (separate bday post coming), This is such a sweet Vally Day card with the little hedgies and foxes and ugghhh, cuteness overload! I wholeheartedly welcome it! Also, you did the clear wax seal with the flowers! It worked so well! Was it fun? I always love your perfectly timed messages, and this was so uplifting and encouraging just like you always are. I don’t even know how you can possibly be this thoughtful 24/7, but you are, and I’m lucky because of it!

-I also loved the “You’re screwed hun” card! Lol! It looks so cool with all the different inks. They are soooo sparkly and pretty and the shading on some is just unreal! I am so glad that Noodlergate has passed! Lol woohoo!

-Oh, the card with the chocolate was so fun, too… I loved the chocolate btw bc of course I did! Deliciousness! How did you fit that into an envelope? Talent.

-One more thinnngg!! You put in a luna moth sticker. I’ve only ever seen one luna moth outside, and I felt like I had entered a freakin’ fairytale. I seriously stood there for a hot minute to figure out if it was real or if someone had just stuck something cool to the side of the tree… as one does? No… no they don’t, but it was so cool that’s what my brain first said it HAD to be.

Such talent! I am so excited about your upcoming arts & crafts market plans! I know you’ll do so well. I absolutely love seeing all of the creative designs you make!

-I also received a beautiful RAoC 10th birthday celebration card! I love the pearlescent paper and the design of it! It’s just so nice!

-Thank you for the pretty sunflower card as well! Oh, my goodness, we have such similar tastes in books, and I love that! I need to write a proper response to this one as soon as I possibly can so I won’t write much here.

Moving is hard. It’s really hard, and it’s really stressful even in the most perfect of experiences. Sending a more detailed card in response just as soon as I can… probably on another weird postcard… bc I suck!

Then I got your sweet, super encouraging, little Paulo Coelho card, and it’s such a good reminder, it’s going on display on my dresser for a good long while. <3

I also loved all the sweet stickers you added, even if my toddler saw the rainbow sheet and immediately yoinked them out of my hand!

My husband always tells me I’m crazy bc I already feel like I’m freezing to death when the temps get below 60, but I don’t know… I think it looks VERY fun! He’s from a snowy place as well, I think I’ve mentioned… so he’s always trying to talk sense to me. :D

-I’m always excited to hear about what’s going on in your area and definitely looked up the bit you mentioned. I love the fact that they didn’t forget the cattle! It sounds like such a huge crisis, and I really hope you and your fam are staying safe.

-Also, such good advice (as always) about the pet-sitting/walking! My cousin does that on weekends, and she loves it! She has a ton of animals and at one point worked to rehabilitate wild animals when she was younger. I always loved hearing those stories!

-Finally, I love the process you have for managing your time as well as your specific process for making/writing cards. What good tips! I could use all the help I could get in both time management and carding! Another RAoCer mentioned addressing the postcards or envelopes FIRST and then just writing when the time permits, and that helped so much when I started doing that. I love that you do something similar! What a cool idea!

Anywho, I am so excited for your fun family to be together under one roof! What cool news! I know you must be so stoked, and I would be willing to bet the kitkats will be so excited to see their friends again soon as well! Cheering you on for finding the perfect spot soon! Looking is half the fun, imo!

You even used the cutest little cat stamp! I think you must have the coolest stamp collection, even if you give them all away because you’re nice like that. (Side note: I wrote this one before sending pics)

-I received your pretty mushroom postcard a couple days ago, and I really appreciated the cooking tip! I was always a picky eater growing up, but now I love mushrooms in ANYTHING as long as they are cooked nicely! I have never tried that method and I think that would make them even better! I’ll try it the next night I make risotto (which is often because it’s my fave)! Thank you!

-Then, the card in the bright and happy pink envelope arrived, and I loved hearing about your upcoming trip this summer that includes plans with your friend! I hope it’ll be such a fun reunion. I honestly don’t see how it couldn’t! It sounds incredible!

"I…thought it was April, but y'know it HAS been a while since I've checked the calendar…Wait a minute?! 62?! That's not even close! Ohh! Ken!!" Obviously my anxiety is cranked up to 11, obviously.

-Your Barbie one also arrived, but no worries… I definitely was wise to it this time and guessed properly! Lol! I was also cracking up at the Barney comment! I definitely feel that in my soul!

-Oooh, your St. Patty’s Day postcard is so super cute! I really hate that it wasn’t a more celebratory day, though. They’re missing out. You’ll be somewhere even better soon!

-I was dying with your “They were young! They were wild!” bwahaha… I think you meant “stupid,” though! What were we even thinking, trying to take them along for an adventure of 500000 miles like that?! I am not wanting to repeat that mistake any time soon!

-Lol! I demand my apology postcard! I’m kidding! I loved the International Women’s Day card so much, and I think I’ll use the chicken puns as ammo for annoying the boy when he’s getting on my nerves. He HATES my jokes (but secretly tries not to laugh)! Lol!

-Oh, my word. The ice cream card. I know you’ve been absolutely put through the paces already this year. Here’s to hoping for a much better rest of the year. You are very deserving.

-The last one (I think…unless I missed one, which is possible bc you spoil me so) is the great cupcake postcard to celebrate the intentionally messy cake days! Haha! Those were big fun celebrations. I highly recommend a bakery job!
