Just bananas in love with your fabulously flippin’ fun doodles & all the enthusiasm & energy bouncing from it all! You’re incredibly talented & I ain’t even jealous ‘cause you’re so legit amazing! The cute monsters are so crazy cute - my sweet friend u/pinkpengin would be SO jealous. Woo-hoo! I love making them jealous! Kidding. But so many things make me think of them - they’re so cute with their fun interests. But not gonna lie, I do giggle anytime I wind up as the recipient of something they’d adore. What a powerful Virginia Woolf quote you wrote: “Lock up your libraries if you like; but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt that you can set upon the freedom of my mind.” And then you gave me TWO desserts, not just one. 1) Dazzling doodles all over the envelope (the prettiest one I’ve ever received now) in the prettiest pink ink - to-die-for-cute!!!

And 2) The “What Would Blair Waldorf Do” sticker. You peered into my soul & extracted all my secret likes, didn’t you, you sugary sweetie?!? OMG I love it! And I’ve already used this sticker to make extremely stressful decisions. I went to Central Market the other day to pick up a pastry dessert for someone in the hospital. But even though I wasn’t picking out a treat for myself, I couldn’t decide between the cute little macarons & the coconut macaroons. Everything looked so damn delicious. So then I remembered this badass sticker & wondered, “What Would Blair Waldorf Do?” The answer was so crystal clear. Blair would devour très bon fancy French multi-colored majestic macarons, not ghetto coconut macaroons like eurotrash. And I have you to thank for this wisdom! I love this sticker so much I’m afraid I’ll never be able to stick it anywhere. It might have to be framed. Thank you for all the love & affection with which you created these awesome art snacks for me! I’m also loving your QR codes with the recipes - so neat! The dumplings recipe is making my mouth water. I’m trying to understand this phenomena you shared, of how when you think of someone, they contact you. The exact same thing happens to me, and sometimes it’s amazing, but sometimes I think of people I don’t wanna see & wind up running to them at Joann LOL! I had started Googling about this last year because it was happening so frequently but I didn’t really get any leads. I have no idea if it’s related to all the “Law of Attraction” stuff but all I know is, I can’t seem to attract the billion-dollar bill I’ve been trying to seduce in my daydreams for ages but I randomly think of a weirdo ex-colleague for 5 seconds & wind up having to pull my face mask over my eyes & run from him while getting my craft on at Joann. I think illustrations capture the spirit of a place so much more than actual photographs - I know that might sound odd but there’s just something magical about each artist’s take!
