My daughter who just turned 15 months loves reading books. She has been saying “book” since she was about 6 months old. But we have a vision board where her changing table is. Family and friends have sent her different cards throughout the year. However, she takes them down and “reads” them while we change her.

Well, all the cards (which she calls books, even though we correct her… (she verbally says this and some of the words she will sign too)

“no mama, book, read book. Tank you”

Currently, her vision board is empty, so I was hoping maybe we could get her board filled up. So she has more things to read while we change her.

She loves all things colorful. She is into all farm animals, ocean critters, tigers and lions. Also ducks, crocodiles/alligator too. She did just learn to walk; super busy always moving or dancing.
She also likes cars, fire trucks, trains and anything else that make noises or moves/“go”.

She loves ALL kind of music and sound. When we grind up our whole bean coffee, she dances to the grinding of the beans. Our oven makes a sound/tune when it preheats and then a different sound/tune when the timer goes off; she dances and bounces to both. Lol.

This community has done so much for me and I could not be happier than to share this beautiful place with her :)
