Hello, beautiful people 💗 I've spoken before about how I'm in trauma therapy and it's been a difficult time. Very exciting news on that front, something HUGE is happening! I have reached a point of healing that I have been working towards for over a decade. I'm finally at a place where I'm able to let out some of the things I've kept buried. It's very freeing. My first therapist, over a decade ago, told me I would get to this point someday and that it would not be fun, it wouldn't be pretty. And you know what?

It sucks. It hurts. It's the most painful, gut wrenching, heartbreaking stuff I've dealt with in all my years of therapy, including the years I didn't have a therapist and was having to navigate it by myself. It's feeling sick to my stomach, losing sleep, randomly bursting into tears, wanting to scream, feeling so afraid, constantly fighting my conditioning. And of course, my fibromyalgia is directly tied to my mental state so my body hurts so incredibly bad. She was right, I'm not having fun. It's not pretty. Existing is really hard right now.

But I'm finally here! As badly as it hurts, I know this is what I've been working towards and I'm ✨hyped✨ that I'm here. This feels like a boss fight that I've been leveling up for. While I know I'm gonna get tossed around and thrown into thorn bushes and set on fire and not come out of this unscathed, I also know without a single doubt in my mind that this boss is going down. I'm strong enough to win, even if it's a really painful fight.

So I wanted to submit a request. There's no set style or theme. It can be encouraging, Valentine's, completely random, silly, kawaii, LGBTQIA , whatever. Just some good and positive energy to focus on while I'm getting a bit beat up by this boss. Only asking to please NOT include religion (Wicca and witchy stuff is fine though), sharks, or spiders. Thank you 😊 Sorry this is kinda long 😅
