ETA: you guys have been so amazing, I’m crying
I’m moving back to my home state next month and my anxiety is going through the roof, I’m struggling with my identity, and I’m terrified that my friends there won’t like me anymore. I also just found out that in addition to my rare autoimmune disease, I also have spinal stenosis and might need a cane- all at the ripe old age of 33 lol. All this anxiety is kicking my depression into overdrive. I could use some happy mail. Anything supportive, funny, completely random… really doesn’t matter. I’ll even take a virtual hug!
