Himeji Castle, located in Hyogo Prefecture, is considered to be the finest surviving example of castle architecture from the feudal period of Japan. It's sometimes called 'White Heron Castle' because of its white walls and roofs that supposedly resemble a heron taking flight. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993, one of the first in the country.
I have 9 postcards of various views of the castle up for grabs. First come, first served. I will close the offer and remove the Google form link once all cards have been claimed.
