For our readers: /u/Layleez ordered a special themed card from overseas to match the energy of our spotify wrapped exchange, and was sweet enough to keep me posted with the state of its travels since it had to make its way to them from so far away, and then to me! Look at this vintage beauty! It takes me back to the classic days of radio-made mixtapes <3 It's even embellished with the TAPE!!! And packed with music themed stickers!!!

Onto the mix: I FEEL these top songs!! I'd never heard Weight before but I'm obsessed now, that hit me HARD. This whole list and your explanation took me on a journey that was such a visceral summary of your year, music has such a power! I love these songs, I hadn't listened to Sia in AGES and now I'm going to dig back in! I've heard some Band of Horses in passing but I'd never heard funeral and I immediately loved it!! Amber Run is always a gut punch, feel that one in my soul for sure! Again, this whole list tells such a story the bomb R&B at the end!! I love a great spotify recommendation and with you on the importance of good R&B!!
