Recently I have given up smoking and drinking, I am currently almost 60 days sober, and have been dealing with tinnitus since before I started smoking. And have been dealing with nerve damage healing and general mental problems as well. I could really use a tacobell pick me up meal, it's one of my favorite fast foods, and James at the local tacobell really knows how to throw it down. If you could help me out that would be great. As i currently don't have a job. I promise to pay it forward once I have access to money again.
