Periodically you come across a person that you quickly connect with through the sharing of common interests and experiences, kink preferences, and secretly held, seldomly divulged sexual desires (fantasies) that the person shares with you, when soon after you realize that you can help fulfill
As is the nature of most Reddit accounts on this naughty side of the Reddit universe, the accounts are throw-away, temporary accounts deleted after a short time. But I saved the screenshots of this specific success story for posterity.
