I love polish and I really want to learn to get good at it. Actually, I'd even settle for nails that don't look like they were painted by a chimpanzee. :3
I know I need to make a wishlist, but I have no idea what to put on it. What would you suggest for a complete newbie? I currently have a stash of really cheap terrible nail polish. (True story, the last person who did my nails with my polish said: "Oh, sweetie, this feels like white-out.")
