I have changed some behind-the-scenes functionality. There are two main things of note:

1 - I have refined the current post flair tags and added in new ones. The new post flairs ensure that all individuals feel included. There are post flairs available for Male, Female, Trans individuals, and Non-Binary/Genderfluid. They are also colour-coded to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

2 - I originally had automod apply post flairs depending on which gender tag was used in a submission title. I have now removed that functionality and will be relying on our post flair bot to handle it instead. This means that if you don't assign a post flair to your submission, the submission will be automatically removed until you do.
