I wake up every morning feeling thankful for many reasons.
- I have made it through fifty years and have stayed healthy in mind, body and spirit.
- I live in a beautiful part of a fabulous country - especially at this time of year when the trees are ablaze with colour.
- And I also feel immense gratitude to the people in my life who have helped mould me into an ardent, passionate and empathic muffdiver.
Awesome women are awesome - I think we can all agree on that.
