[META] - Would You Rather Meet Somebody with Success History or Somebody with None?

I suppose this is a question and meta post aimed at starting a discussion of what kind of Redditor one would feel comfortable in reaching out to for a potential meetup?

On the daily we see people who post carbon copies of the same post week after week, short unoriginal posts, long detailed posts, posts that are clearly aimed at finding something other than a muffdive (manipulative to say the least), and the various kinds of scam posts that are becoming more intricate. Would you prefer somebody who is new to the subreddit or somebody who has had success in the past? What about verified vs unverified success?

Iā€™ll go first and say I like posts that include details about the poster (hobbies, level of education, fun tidbits). Typically if a post has all those Iā€™ll message and if the Redditorā€™s post history, and especially comments, demonstrate them to be a good person (subjective of course but in general) then Iā€™ll gladly include a sfw pic (I never ever send nsfw pics without consent).

Furthermore, I take one sided success posts with a huge grain of salt. Itā€™s easy for somebody to draft a ā€œsuccessā€ thatā€™s nothing more than a shitty fantasy they had. Iā€™m drawn to people who have verified successes like myself because it helps me to gauge how safe somebody would be when meeting up with them.

Anyway, super curious and looking forward to your replies!
