Hello, everyone!

The gift exchange is nearing it's final leg and I'm already receiving many people's tracking information, which is super exciting. Obviously, I expect everything to go without a hitch and for everyone to be super happy, but for the sake of pragmatism, I'm going to open up sign-ups for those willing to be a rematch Santa in case something goes wrong.

So, what are we looking for here? We're looking for some kind members of our community that would be willing to send a gift to someone in the event that their Santa doesn't come through. Of course there are a few rules.

• As a rematch Santa, you will not receive a gift from your rematch giftee

• All rematch gift are still expected to be at least $30, but just as with the original gift exchange, feel free to go overboard

• All rematch gifts must be sent via postal mail, no Amazon gifting allowed

• You must provide the tracking number to the mods once the gift is shipped

• To sign up, you must have a either a snail badge or gift badge (will start to hand these out Dec 1st) and be active in this sub in this sub during the month of December.

I know the last rule is a little strangely worded, but as we won't be matching rematches until after Christmas, I can't think of a better way to put it. Basically inactive members, non-members, or member that go inactive for the month of December will be removed from the list before the matches are made to try to ensure everything goes smooth. ^{Ok, guys, I'm sorry my words are failing me for this but please tell me I'm making sense here.}

If you are chosen as a rematch Santa, you will be contacted by a mod to give you a last chance to back out if something has come up (because life's a bitch and does that sometimes), but failure to send a gift to your rematch giftee after confirming with the mods will result in the same gift exchange ban as no sending to your original giftee.
