Likely hood of a major U.S tour

I am 17 and I am super bummed at the fact I cant make it out to New York to see them. I got finals and the ACT and looking at colleges, all that fun stuff lol. Anyway knowing that there new album should be coming out this upcoming fall or next winter. What does everyone think the possibility of major tour with multiple dates in the U.S would be. I live in Boston and I was to young when they were here in worcester. I would love to see them live and was totally going to make the trip to new york but I am banking on the hope I have that they will hit Boston up and do a U.S tour.
