App error message

I recently signed up on the web, made a purchase via talent website, all is well. Download the app, trying to login, each attempt gives “connectivity error” message. Deleted and redownloaded app, same thing. Turned phone off and on again. Tried it on different wifi’s like, at work, at home and at my sister’s. same message.
Anyone with an idea?
