need help with image meter stuff

hi, so i followed a youtube tutorial before to make an image overlay with this code and everything was dandy. I try to do it now, and it doesn't work. the image is in the same folder as the ini and all that jazz but doesn't wanna work at all. the other overlay still works though, this one just doesn't want to.
