Delayed startup of rainmeter..

I have set rainmeter to start 1 min after logging on from windows startup manager by creating a new task and stopping the default autostart process of rainmeter, but it doesn't open up and I have to start it from shortcut icon. Can somebody help me? I want it to start it after some time whenever any user logins. Thanks in advance...
