Total FPS beginner getting started with Siege?

As the title says...I'm looking to see how a fairly casual FPS player like myself can get into this dense game. What are some good resources for learning the operators and such?
(When I say casual I mean just that. Ive played a ton of FPS games like CoD and Destiny and such but just very passively, never dipped much into the competitive side of those games and I know Siege is a different beast altogether.)
