R6 with Discord destroys my discord

Okay so I haven't played R6 in a while because this problem has been bugging me from the start. Whenever I start a game in R6 my discord just lags, sometimes goes on for a little while but communicating is just not possible. I have tried numerous fixes and nothing seems to work.
Does Anyone have an idea and can help me with this? Or had this problem before and fixed it.
