Ubi Needs To Do Something About Vote Kick

I'm pretty sure a bunch of people already have discussed this. But this is really getting out of hand. I've been playing since White Noise came around, and as time has went on, I've seen this ugly behaviour become more prevalent. I can't even enjoy playing casual matches due to people abusing the vote kick mechanic. And I'm sure many others share the same sentiment.

Getting kicked due to being a random on a premade of 4. Just beacuse of your IGN. Cause you didn't clutch. "Kill steal". Didn't talk or because you talked. Your voice. Cause your a girl. A kid. Too young The list goes on. Thoughts on this topic?
