How about having Recruit as a dedicated, customizable operator?
I have a friend whose only real complaint about Siege is that there isn't a way to have his own, specifically tuned setup for his playstyle like in the other Rainbow Six games. Having Recruit as such a character would be perfect, especially since that is, in part, what he was before the Y5S1 rework. It would also allow for the potential of an Elite Recruit set, or even the Nation Guard Recruit from Outbreak as cosmetics for him.

The only issues I could see would be problems with balancing his loadouts, but that hardly seems like an issue worth entertaining considering we can currently rock an LMG and shotgun combo as an attacker with him.

(Yea, I realize this is probably discussed on a monthly basis, but it seems like such a great idea for the most part.)
