Looking for players on PC.

I'm looking for regular players to squad up with. I don't mind your playing style as long as you aren't a toxic player. (I hate the amount of toxicity in rainbow six already and I'd rather try to not contribute to that.)
I also don't wanna play with little kids. Not that little kids cant be good at the game. I just like playing with people that are older.
Also English is a must. I cant speak well in other languages. And in a game like r6. Communication is key.
