Sorry if this isn't the correct place but, is there a hack in R6S that allows auto dodging movement when cross hairs are on you?

Three times today I saw some top score player who didn't see me as I camped a spot just randomly dodge sideways or backwards as soon as my reticule was placed on them. I missed 3 shot gun shots practically point blank from behind a enemy and then died. Really odd and thought it was a freak accident. Then in another camping scenario, as he is walking past a shelf and into my cross hairs , I start to fire but right before I do (and I was quick to shoot) he walks backwards and then popped back in and killed me, yet his kill cam clearly didn't show any trace of me. Then it happened in a third game, in a similar fashion. Is this just really bad luck or a hack?
