Make certain ranks not be able to squad up for ranked

A plat 1 and his diamond friend that deranked all the way to copper IV so he gets easier matches shoukdnt be allowed. There should be no reason a plat I wants to play ranked with his copper buddies. Ranked is so trash because half the time in Gold I matches I'm versing a plat or diamond Smurf squad.
