Something needs to seriously be done to make Rainbow Six Siege more accessible to new players (pricing wise)

Rainbow Six Siege is by far my favorite multiplayer game currently. That being said after watching Raycevick's video this morning it became extra clear to me how annoying the game can be to get into currently for new players. The Year 1 and 2 operators all cost 25 thousand renown to get and it is estimated to take around 18 hours just to get this amount. This can make new players feel overwhelmed and put off by the fact that they don't have access to the same operators and strategies that everyone else gets and that it will either take them a lot of grinding or having to pay for them up front. Even friends that have gotten into the game recently have been very put off by this. My solution would personally to lower the price of older year operators (lower Year 1 operators since we are on Year 2 and then lower Year 2 operators when Year 3 stars.) Of course all of this is ignoring the horrendous in game store and problems with alpha packs that Raycevick goes into detail about far better than I could. I'm sure many of you have already seen the video but here it is in case you haven't https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=et1RlC_jNMU
