After over a month of not being able to play I still crash after selecting an operator and loading into a match.

So ever since a patch for velvet shell in February I have been unable to play Rainbow Six: Siege. After selecting an operator I simply just crash to desktop after the game freezes for a second or two. I have tried numerous solutions including verifying the game files, reinstalling the entire game and disabling hyperthreading. Nothing has worked and Ubisoft support had straight up just told me to "wait".I am really getting sick of this as Ubisoft has not offered any meaningful help every time I contact their support. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
