Is there any way to recover my brother’s account after my email was hacked?

My brother has a 4-5 year old siege account. He loves the account and we’ve put several hundred dollars into it over the years.

My outlook email was hacked and some bastard in a different country changed the email, unlinked the account (which is weird because it’s a PlayStation account and I thought you couldn’t unlink console accounts from a browser) and I’m not sure what I can do to get the account back.

Can anyone offer insight? I submitted a ticket but that’s about it. It sucks that there’s no livechat service or any number to call and that I have to just sit and wait hoping for the best.
