Level and Camos Gone after Linking Accounts

Hi everyone I have an issue currently. I'm trying to get back into Siege on my PC but I was level 160-170 (don't remember exactly) on Xbox. I tried linking my accounts and most of my stuff was merged except my level, my PC level was used instead (which is level 20) of my Xbox and my platinum charms from skull rain and and the following seasons were not transfer including some Camos like obsidian. Is there any fix for this or the damage already done?
