Kinda stuck. Don’t know what to do really.

Been playin for 2 months but i might as well have started today since i feel like i havent made any meaningful progress. Picked Elhain who’s 4star currently and so far ive completed normal campaign, now working through Hard, but i feel like im just stuck.
Any good tips or advice or youtube channels to help kinda guide me on how to make the most efficient use of my energy and what i should be doing?
