I feel like everytime I speak to the support team to report something or ask for help they either have no fucking clue or couldn't give less of a shit about helping.
Most recent one. Capital One contacted me to see if they billed me twice cause their labelling on payments is stupid. I couldn't remember buying two things on the same day so asked them to look into it.
Realized I made a mistake and cancelled the investigation and contacted support to get forge pass back. Sent them all the evidence that the monies have gone and letter from capital one saying they have the money.
I've had 4/5 messages in a row saying basically tough shit, we won't reinstate it because their system hasn't told them to do it. Surely the evidence from the bank is sufficient like wtf?!
Just to add this is the most recent, I've had so many encounters when there has been issues with the game or a purchase not going through properly etc. support Everytime are just like "computer says no" (only the big kids from UK will get that reference).
Like I get that for mobile games you don't exactly expect too level CS but like c'mon guys it's a pretty big game, the fact that all your in-game purchases are fucking expensive shows they probably earn good money from it. Just step it up ffs.
