Team Building advice for dungeons/campaign/CB

I got Dark Athel like 2 weeks ago, and I have no clue what to use her for, if anything. This is my roster, Rathalos is in every single one of my teams, but I don’t know if I have really anything to work with him well.
My CB team right now is Rath, Kael, Frozen Banshee, Djamarsa, and Togron as the leader for the speed.
For Dungeons, I typically go for the same team too, I just don’t know who is worth building and who is garbo
