Do they do 10xs on obscure champs?

I'm very close to building the infinity shield team, can 1 key unm with what I have but lanakis is the missing piece. My clan can't always easily down unm (hit me up if you want to join a clan with relaxed cvc) so itd be great if I could assemble it. Problem is, the chances of me getting a lanakis just off any shard are so low. I have most champs I want in most areas of the game so I would be willing to go in hard for a 10x on lanakis. Do these ever happen though? I feel like its quite rare to see one on a niche champ like that.

TLDR: Do they do 10xes on non-meta or never-was-meta champs?
