Why the Anti-Whiners are Wrong

Post Body

Yeah yeah I know, this post is complain-inception but I really think this point should be made.

Almost every time there's a post complaining here about Plarium there's people who counter-complain and say these kinds of post are tired and annoying. These counter-complainers aren't constructive. Why do I say that? Because should Plarium make changes favoring the complainers, that would be basically universally GOOD things.

Lets remember some of the most common complaints lately:

  1. Shards/packs are too expensive
  2. Events are losing rewards or don't give enough rewards
  3. Events aren't interesting or fun

Now imagine that packs got a bit cheaper, or events stopped rewarding 5 brews, or we actually had cool events with a unique dungeon or something. Is any of that bad?

There's this thing people say: "Just vote with your wallet" or "Quit and don't play if you don't like it". I think both of these are toxic and dumb. Voting with your wallet is the ultimate factor in plarium's decision making, but speaking up and having an opinion make an impact. As an example, its easier for me to ignore packs when my clan reminds me how shit the "deals" are.

The "just quit" comment is worse. What, you can't like the game and want it to change? You can't accept a game has flaws but enjoy it? What a dumb thing to say.

Like, what are the anti-whiners trying to accomplish? Its probably a lot easier for you guys to stop reading rant posts than it is for me, who enjoys this game overall, to "just quit".
