I used to play a crap ton of Raft several years ago but I hadn't picked it up since before the release of the full game, so I was excited to see the actual storyline and all the newly added features. I'd finally found the first radio tower and was so stoked to see they added voiced lines and a whole story of what had happened there. It was dark and raining when I discovered it (night irl too) so I was really getting in the mood of the group that had been stranded there, alone... Only to find a whole person at the top of the tower! I don't know why I had just assumed there wouldn't be npcs in the game, but I did, and so when I saw Tala I jumped out of my skin 😂 And her cheerful, helpful attitude when I finally spoke to her was so out of place it just broke me down into giggles. Man I wasn't expecting that little rollercoaster, but it was fun 🤣

Did anyone else get a little spooked when they saw Tala for the first time, or is it just me? lol
