How does one reconcile the idea of Free will and A plan

Post Body
Ok, so, humans can sin. That implies that humans can voluntarily choose to do the wrong thing. Since we can voluntarily choose to do something or not to do it, that means there is at least some element of free will. If we cannot choose the act, it is not a sin.
In the Bible, it is also mentioned on multiple occasions though, that God has a plan for us. So, my question is, how can we have free will, but at the same time, God has a plan for us that is already decided for us?
