Charging cable is no longer seating correctly- can’t charge the battery!

I’m currently unable to charge the battery. I push the charging cable into the port very firmly, but it’s still loose, falling out easily, and not charging at all.
It’s not old at all. I got the bike just a few months ago.
Is this a known issue? Any advice?
