Rad City 5 Lights Issues

I have an issue with my Rad City 5 where the lights (front/rear) don't really work - sometimes when riding they do flicker on and off. I've re-seated every connector, and Radbikes incisted that I replace the wiring harness - which I did, but it didn't fix it.
Anyone else run into this issue?
