approx <~1 week old. I’m caring for them at the instruction of my local wildlife rehab ♥️🥺 i absolutely can’t stand the old ways of thinking where farmers just kill/trap “nuisance” animals for existing on their property. These babies parents got chased off by a neighboring farmer and after 3 days/nights of trying to reunite the babies with the parents with no success, i decided to call my local rehab. Unfortunately for me, because it’s the beginning of the season, he asked if i could keep them until they opened their eyes because they were short staffed and the incubators were all full with various other little babies 🥺🥺
