Post Body

Hello! Before anything, I’d like to say that I live in a very rural area and rabbits are mostly bred for meat, so professional vets that are rabbit-savvy don’t exist nearby.

So I saw my bun today doing a head tilt for 3-5 seconds before promptly scratching her ear (well, trying. she has a splayed hind leg so it couldn’t really reach the ear). Is this a cause for concern? I’ve checked her ears and it doesn’t have visible sign of mites. Should I just buy ivermectin to see if anything happens? Sorry for asking here. I’m really at a loss here, and I’m extremely worried about her.

Thank you in advance!
