So my husband and I have two rabbits, Oreo and Creme. Oreo is an older (~2 years) Netherland Dwarf and Creme is an 8 month old mini lop/ Oreo is fixed but Creme is not, though he is due to be fixed this Thursday.
They've been bonded for about a month now, and things have been extremely peaceful. Cuddling, playing, eating/drinking together, etc. But over the past few days, Creme has been changing. He's suddenly spraying EVERYWHERE, territory marking droppings, and, worst of all, will not stop trying to mount Oreo. It's not a dominance thing, as he doesn't even stop to eat or drink, and won't allow Oreo to do those things either. She's extremely stressed, and we have to keep one of them locked in a bathroom. No punishment technique (hand clapping, etc) that I've found online has worked. What the heck happened? What should I do?
