Boxtrained bunny is doing his bits everywhere

Post Body

The better half and I have been travelling with our bunny, first between towns and then countries, for the last few days and our bunny is now pooping and peeing almost where he feels like it. We had to leave our pen where we lived and now he's been in a smaller cage, but with a poopy box. We keep the cage in the kitchen and he seems to limit doing his bits to that room. As mentioned in the title, he is boxtrained and has been neutered for a few months now.

Do you think I need to boxtrain him again or is this just a way to mark his territory, since it seems to be limited to the room where we keep the cage and not around the whole house? Any other suggestions? Should I worry?
