Over the next few weeks I'm going to be visiting local shelters to adopt a bunbun, and was wondering what things I should be looking for to make sure they are healthy/assess personality. I'm also looking to get a smaller breed, and was thinking a mini lop or a lionhead. I had a netherland dwarf and loved him to pieces, but have had no luck finding another in my area. (He passed away quite a few years ago.) I feel like I can finally get a new rabbit, and have been doing lots of reading to brush up on care/food/litter training. I can't wait to get a new bun!
