Has anyone adopted from Bunny World Foundation?

Just wondering if anyone here has ever adopted from Bunny World Foundation in Los Angeles? I found a rabbit of theirs that I’m interested in on Petfinder. Obviously, I want to give any bunny the best life I possibly can but there are just some things I’m reading in their adoption agreement that are not necessarily RED flags but are kind of frustrating. Namely, the home visit & the “undefined adoption fee.” Any experience with them?
