Hi! Kira and Kitsune (my bonded buns) are besties and they hang around all day, but… will they ever pay attention back to me? 🥺
Post Body

Hi all! I had Kira first (two years ago) and a year after adopted Kitsune. They are only a year apart on age and once they bonded they became the cutest inseparable BFFs. So my question my be a bit… egotistical I guess, but I am so happy I got to adopt a second bunny that gets Kira in another level but, Kira used to be so bonded to me. I mean she is super relaxed around me but she used to wake me up flop on my bed and kiss me in the face or just flop next to me on the couch while I watched movies, she used to give me so much kisses and be such a sweetheart (still is!) but since Kitsu came along she no longer sits next to me, give me much kisses unless I am petting her on the floor, or asks for my attention. I know this makes sense because she know has a real bun partner, but I miss our bond, and I also wonder if I’ll ever get that bond also with Kitsune. They both chill all they everywhere in my appartment and are always relaxed next to me, but they always keep on the floor.

Recently Kira started following around my boyfriend and asking for pets from the ground but nothing else than that. I am so happy she loves him (and he loves her) but I am wondering if buns bonds with humans change after they bond with other bunnies?

Sorry for the rant 💜 attaching some cute vids and pics from a young Kira stuck to me and both my babies loving each other.
