Flash is stuck in the up position

Recently got a RX100M2 and after taking some pictures, the flash wouldn't go down. It’s stuck in the up position. Can't find any info on this on reddit, google, or YouTube. Hoping someone knows a fix to this.
Edit: Fixed it. I gave up trying to fix it, so I put a hair scrunchie over it to keep it down. Took some pictures and heard something click when I pressed the shutter button. When I removed the scrunchie it stayed down. It now stays down when pressed back in manually.
