This has been bugging me the last few episodes. But episodes 10 & 11 sort of hit the nail on the head for me. Ozpin is still alive inside of Oscar, even guiding and directing him. But I haven't seen any talk about Amber and Cinder as of late.

We thinking is based on a few things:

• We know Amber's power (and possibly soul) was absorbed by Cinder.

• It was hinted that Phyrra's mind/personality/semblance might fuse with Amber. Granted this was through the use of a weird machine back in Season 3. But who knows what that would have resulted in.

• Ozpin is alive in Oscar. Either via the use of his semblance, this so called "Artifact", or something else entirely.

• What's also interesting is Cinder saying she 'killed' Ozpin. As well as Salem forcing Cinder to say it herself. Salem also seems skeptical of Cinder's actions. She obviously knows a lot about Ozpin and might know more about his Semblance than she is letting on.

With the way Cinder acted last week... what is causing her to fear and doubt Salem's plan now? Ruby alone shouldn't cause that much fear in her (though loosing an arm, an eye, and your voice might have something to do with it). So what is?

Pray chance another former maiden is pointing out everything wrong with Salems plans. And is trying to speak to Cinder about it to try and get Cinder to correct her mistakes. Or did Ozpin have something to do with it? After all we don't know what Ozpin did to her during there fight.

Hell I wouldn't be surprised if Cinder is dead and it's actually Amber controlling Cinder's body now (what a twist). Salem did say, "Isn't this the woman who wanted power a little while ago?"
