Leaky Gray Tank

So the gray water tank which collects my kitchen sink water started leaking last week. After some investigation it appears to be a glue seal on the PVC coming out of the tank. It starts to drip slowly when the tank is about halfway full and then start "peeing" for lack of a better word when the tank is full to the top. See video of leak here:

Is there a way to remove/replace the existing pipe without damaging the tank. The access is pretty decent and I'd like to do the job properly if I can get the pipes replaced without dropping the tank. The only other option I can think of is some pretty sketchy JB weld/water-weld work.

For reference the camper is a 2009 Keystone Fuzion Toyhauler (40 ft)
