Hi,

I'm evaluating my first RV purchase. My budget right now is $100,000-150,000. Budget is a little flexible. I know the budget is low but for my first RV I wanted to test the waters without taking a loan or selling my home. I'm open to used RVz as well as long as they're in the right condition, and not too old. My primary requirements are:

1. Beginner Friendly RV (Class B/C). I work in tech, good with computers but not very handy. Although I want to change that as I enter my 30s. But for now I am looking for something that's not too difficult to maintain.
2. Another very important requirement is that I would prefer an RV that has a decent resale value. So if I want to revert back to living in a proper home, or find out it's not for me long term, I can sell it without incurring a major loss. I understand that a loss is almost guaranteed since RVs don't typically have a great resale value and sometimes take time to sell, but I'm still trying to understand what are the best options in terms of resale.
